Team-building Training for Southwest University’s 2017 MBA and Master of Finance Students

Southwest University 2017 MBA/MF Expansion Training On September 24, 2017, all the 2017 MBA and MF freshmen of Southwest University came to the Dongshan Lohas Island Development Base. The park is based on the beautiful Taihu Lake and is supplemented by surrounding scenic spots. It belongs to the Taihu Lake vacation and leisure sector. The continuous heavy rain brought out the fresh smell of grass, and we also started a one-day outdoor development training course.

They were not familiar with each other before entering the school. I hope that through such an educational interactive training between classmates, the freshmen can open their hearts. The course combines theory and practice to share and help each other, thus initially establishing trust and a sense of belonging among the classes.

The first step was to break the ice as a team. By removing the bracelets, collective wisdom was brought into play, breaking the dull atmosphere and making every student quickly become active.

During the team building process, they were divided into two teams. Within the specified time, the two teams established the captain, team name, team song and formation, and designed the logo on the team flag. The two teams are the red team Feiyang team led by captain Pan Jianfeng, and the yellow team Werewolf team led by captain Wang Dengzhou. And through the formation display, they showed the passion, vitality and personality of Southwest University students.

 In the "thrilling countdown" session, the project combination is completed within the specified time, energy is transferred, transformed, and passionate high-fives are completed, and all members complete the training. Let everyone experience teamwork. Only with a clear core, proper planning, thorough execution, attention to details, and reasonable arrangements for personnel can the three stages be completed faster and better.

In the next stage of the battle to get water, the PK between the two teams has already entered a fever pitch. Although the competition is fierce, everyone still adheres to the principle of friendship first.

The afternoon activities are about to begin, "Peach blossoms are blooming, peach blossoms are blooming, peach blossoms are blooming..." The team warm-up ended with laughter.

In the power of breathing, through interlocking and vigorous cooperation, in fact, the final result of each team is not important. What is important is that they help each other and jointly complete the team results.

Finally, we arrived at the last project, the "Circle of Power." Everyone pulled it into a circle, and then team members walked around it one after another. Sometimes many seemingly impossible things can be achieved as long as we work hard. The final big integration, the burst of power in order to complete the team's common goal, infected everyone and enhanced the cohesion of the team.

During the entire expansion process, students discussed and challenged each other. There will be difficulties and fatigue during the process, but we are always full of strength, constantly breaking through ourselves, and in order to grasp the present and the future with more strength.
