In order to speed up the creation of "Jiangnan Talents" and vigorously promote "introducing talents through competitions" and "gathering talents through competitions", Yushan High-tech Zone holds the third "Yu Chuang Talents" innovation and entrepreneurship competition for talents at home and abroad. Xida Chuangxing Science and Technology Innovation Base will cooperate with Suzhou Changshu Yushan High-tech Zone to accelerate the gathering of a group of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents at home and abroad who lead independent technological innovation and assist industrial transformation and upgrading.

Participants and requirements
1.Have a complete entrepreneurial team, the professional structure and division of responsibilities among team members are reasonable. The project leader should generally have a master's degree or above related to the field of entrepreneurial projects, and have more than 3 years of R&D or management work or self-employment experience, and have achieved outstanding performance.
2.Master the core technology of the project, has relatively rich practical experience in product development and business management. Entrepreneurship projects possess independent intellectual property rights or master key technologies, reach international advanced or domestic leading levels, and have good industrialization potential.
3. The project has not yet been implemented in Changshu but there is intention to settle in Changshu to transform the project results.

Selection method
The PPT roadshow time should not exceed 15 minutes: the project PPT introduction should be within 8 minutes (concise introduction combined with the project table and business plan), and the judges’ questions should be within 7 minutes.

Rewards and support
1. Talent plan。About 6 outstanding projects will be selected in each session and included in the "Yu Chuang Talents" training list. After the project registration is completed and the on-site inspection passes, a formal project approval document will be issued and given 300,000 yuan Start-up subsidies (including rental subsidies for office buildings and production buildings). Qualified candidates will be given priority to apply for Changshu City’s “Kuncheng Talents” Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent Program.6 million yuan project funding.
2. Talent settlement。Those selected for Changshu City’s “Kuncheng Talents” Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent Program will be given 300,000 yuan-1.5 million yuan home purchase subsidies.
3.Office space。Award-winning projects that have not yet been registered as enterprises in Changshu City can be given priority to recommend entry into various maker spaces, incubators and other platforms.
4. On-the-ground service.Provide services including industrial and commercial registration, company account opening, talent recruitment, corporate consulting, financial management, intellectual property layout and other services to award-winning projects and enterprises.
5. Project support.Provide direct policy services for enterprises founded by winning contestants, and those that meet the basic application conditions of "technological small and medium-sized enterprises" and "high-tech enterprises" can be given priority for recommendation and recognition. Companies founded by winning contestants will apply for superior industrial policy and project support, and will be recommended first under the same conditions.
6. Credit support.Winning projects and contestants who have been awarded Changshu City’s “Kuncheng Talents” Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent Program can apply Up to 10 million yuan Talent credit loan and Up to 50 million yuan Corporate credit loans can provide preferential interest rates.
7. Exclusive financial services.Winning contestants will receive exclusive financial services such as exclusive account managers, professional service teams, exclusive service channels, and wealth service management provided by the bank.
8. Industry exchanges.Award-winning projects can regularly participate in industry matchmaking meetings for free and gain direct communication opportunities with leading companies in the industry.
9. Project promotion.Winning projects will be eligible to participate in the Changshu National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
10. Media promotion.Support award-winning projects to connect with various media and carry out multi-channel publicity and promotion.
Note: Award-winning projects that have settled in Yu Hi-tech and are operating normally within one year from the end of the competition can enjoy the above support policies if they comply with relevant regulations.
