1. The participating projects are Entrepreneurial talents (team) planning to settle in the resort, it must be that the enterprise has not been registered in Wuzhong District before the registration deadline for the current competition, and the proposed location has been effectively connected with the project, confirming that the project has a strong intention to implement.

2. The applicant should have Master's degree or above, have more than 3 years of relevant R&D and management experience in well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, universities, and scientific research units, or independent entrepreneurial experience, and have achieved outstanding results.

3. The applicant should be The main responsibilities of the proposed enterprise Responsible people, the equity is generally not less than 20% or the largest shareholder is a natural person, and the paid-in cash contribution (paid-in capital, excluding technical shares) is not less than 1 million yuan. If the investment is made through a shareholding company, in addition to the above conditions, the cash contribution of the shareholding company in the reporting enterprise shall be no less than 2 million yuan.

4. The participating projects should have Key core technologies and independent intellectual property rights, the technical level reaches the international advanced level or the domestic leading level, can fill the domestic gap or lead the development of related industries, and has good market development prospects and expected economic benefits.

5. In principle, the applicant is Talents from outside Suzhou, and talents who have received funding from the talent introduction plans of cities and districts under the jurisdiction of Suzhou are not allowed to apply.

6. Participating projects and individuals (teams) should comply with national laws, regulations and national industrial policies, have good social reputation, have no bad records, and not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

It is planned to be held in mid-to-late May 2025, the specific time will be notified later.

It consists of three links: formal review of application conditions, technical review, and on-site interview review. The on-site interview review adopts offline road show method, and each project will be time no more than 15 minutes, 8 minutes for talent report (talents use PPT format to introduce project-related information), 7 minutes for judges to ask questions. In principle, the on-site interview must be attended by the contestants themselves, otherwise they will be deemed to have given up their qualifications for the competition.
