Company Study Visit for Southwest University’s 2017 MBA Boya Class

Remembering the trip to Jiangsu Changshu National Agricultural Science and Technology Park and Jiangsu Changshu Hongbo Communication Technology Co., Ltd.

 On May 5, 2018, in order to strengthen the practical management learning of MBA students and enhance class cohesion, the 2017 MBA liberal arts class of Southwest University drove to Changshu National Agricultural Science and Technology Park this morning. The drizzle also fell into the water town in the early morning, adding another flavor of Jiangnan.

 Guided by science park staff, the group first visited the exhibition hall of Changshu Agricultural Science and Technology Park. Jiangsu Changshu National Agricultural Science and Technology Park is one of the first 21 national agricultural science and technology parks selected for pilot development by six organisations: the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Water Resources, the State Forestry Administration, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Agricultural Bank of China. The park has developed an overall industrial structure of one core, three belts and multiple parks. Its planned core area covers 65,000 mu, its demonstration area 340,000 mu and its wider outreach area 633,000 mu. It has been developed into a national agricultural science and technology demonstration park representative of the economically advanced Yangtze River Delta region.

 After visiting the exhibition area, the group walked into the greenhouse area to gain an in-depth understanding of the growth environment of agricultural products under new technologies and the historical changes of new agriculture. You can not only understand the development of modern agriculture, but also experience the fun of picking.

 Come to Changshu Hongbo Communication Technology Co., Ltd. for study and exchange. The company is mainly engaged in the design, R&D and production of external signal line components, photovoltaic connectors and junction boxes, and electromechanical components mainly FFC flexible cables; the design, R&D and production of laptop antennas, wireless communication terminal antennas, base station antennas and communication product accessories, and sales of self-produced products, etc.

 Under the leadership of Mr. Li Rongli, the head of the system department, they came to the R&D center, product display area, laboratory with an investment of nearly 40 million, and production workshop. The person in charge of each department demonstrated and explained the manufacturing processes of automatic assembly, online detection of flexible cables, and FFC flexible cables in the extrusion workshop. As students in the class said, "Use billboard management, and at the same time, identify hazard factors and hazard sources directly posted in eye-catching locations, and the experimental equipment is planned in an orderly manner."

 At the same time, during the symposium, Mr. Li let everyone understand Hongbo's corporate culture and management philosophy. It is not only the continuous upgrading and improvement of traditional products, but also the continuous involvement and innovation in new fields, including the cooperative production of charging guns in the new energy field and military cables and ship lines. During the symposium, Teacher Zhou, Bao Yuanyuan, Zhang Hao, monitor Wang Dengzhou and other students asked Mr. Li for advice on professional issues. Mr. Li patiently answered them one by one and emphasized that everything from raw material processing to independent research and development is inseparable from the chairman's strategic vision, innovative development, and risk control.

 The day's study ended successfully. The teachers and students of Southwest University and the relevant leaders of Jiangsu Changshu Hongbo Communication Technology Co., Ltd. left a silhouette of today's school.

 The corporate study tour is over, but class activities are still continuing. That evening, the students went to Changshu Luosiwan Leisure and Culture Park to have a barbecue and bonfire party. And climb Yushan Mountain the next morning to feel the unique freshness of Yushan Mountain in the morning dew.
